The emblem of our college emphasizes the motto "Empowering Women" and is designed to express the vision and mission of the college. The two united open palms of a woman denote the mind and body with an open posture that enhances listening. This symbolises the ability of women to listen to the voice of knowledge and wisdom around them as the hands are positioned to receive the information from the outside world. The lighted lamp in the palm stands for the light of divinity, wisdom, intellect and good works manifested in life. It also suggests that the light received with humility by women is spread throughout the nation like the rays of light. The open book signifies the education, knowledge and wisdom that is easily understood and clearly interpreted to the young women in the college. Finally the emblem briefs the educated women who are enlightened and empowered to educate the society.
St. Antony's College has been started to impart quality higher education with creativity to women, especially the poor, the needy and the underprivileged to cause their holistic development in response to the greatest commandment of love of our Lord Jesus Christ and to contribute towards building a great India.
