Our college destines to create and empower society through educating young rural women of Dindigul District. It also extends a warm welcome in admitting the students from other Districts. Rev. Sr. Thanaseeli Solomon served as Secretary from 2007 to 2013, laying a strong foundation for the college’s growth.Her dedicated leadership strengthened academic standards and expanded opportunities for rural women’s education.
Rev. Sr. Margaret Inbaseeli served as Secretary from 2013 to 2021, guiding the college towards academic excellence and holistic development.Her tenure saw significant infrastructure growth and enhanced opportunities for student empowerment.
Rev. Sr. Arul Devi served as Secretary from 2021 to 2025, steering the college through a phase of modernization and progress.Her leadership fostered technological advancements, quality initiatives, and strengthened student support services.

Rev. Sr. Dr. Vanitha Jaya Rani leads our college with a vision to empower women through quality education, values, and holistic development. Her leadership blends academic excellence with moral integrity, preparing students to face global challenges with confidence.
She has initiated innovative academic programs, strengthened global collaborations, and enhanced student support services. Her tenure continues to advance research culture, skill development, and community outreach.

The college functions with the vision to educate the less privileged rural young women sowed by our founder Rev. Fr. Augustine Pereira in Tamilnadu. With proud completion of 11 years our college has excelled in every field. Students who are educated from our institutions have cleared government exams and are placed in various national and international levels. The college has received the 12(b) and 2(f) status from the UGC in March 29th 2016. Our college has been awarded "Samuthayathai Seerthiruthum Kalvi Niruvanam" award by Dindigul Teresa Lion's club.
